The maker lists the cord as leather; in the photographs it looks like a fine braided cord, so please ask the seller before buying if leather matters to you. Photo 1 carries the store's logo and its photographer's credit in the corner; neither appears on the pendant. Brass darkens naturally with wear and can be polished back with a soft cloth.

Two sliding knots at the back adjust the length; the maker gives it as 30cm. It is brass all the way through, so you get the look of a claw necklace with no animal part in it.
