Each design is a single pair in one size only: both butterfly pairs are size 42 and the toe ring pair is size 39, as stamped in the insole. Please message the seller before buying if you are unsure which size suits you. Handmade, so beadwork may vary slightly and colours can look different on screen. Beaded leather sandals are one of the best known crafts of Kenya, made by hand in Nairobi from a leather footbed with a strap covered in glass beads. Each design here is a single pair, so no two buyers will own the same one.

Flat leather sandals with a hand beaded strap, each pair one of a kind. They are handmade in Nairobi, Kenya, from genuine leather with glass beads sewn onto the strap, and the footbed is stitched right around its edge. There are three pairs to choose from, one of each. The butterfly artwork pair (photo 2) has bright multicoloured beads inside a gold bead outline, in size 42. The gold and turquoise butterfly pair (photo 1) has turquoise and cream beadwork edged in gold, also size 42. Both butterfly pairs are toe post sandals. The toe ring pair (photo 3) has a beaded disc on a leather toe loop and a wide strap of dark, shimmering blue and green beads, in size 39. They are flat and comfortable, for everyday use, weddings, summer days and running errands. Wipe the leather with a dry cloth and keep the beadwork out of standing water.
