A handmade tapestry crochet bucket bag in blue and black, from Kenya. The top half is sky blue scattered with small black diamonds that grow larger towards the base, and the lower band is black with diamonds outlined in blue, sitting on a flat round black base. A drawstring closes the top and ends in two black tassels, and a thick braided black strap goes over the shoulder. The stitch is tight and heavy, so the bag holds its shape, and the maker says it is roomy enough for a tablet, a large notebook, a water bottle and a makeup bag. This is a single bag, made by an independent maker in Kenya.
