My Story My journey as an artist is rooted in a deep appreciation for African culture, identity, and visual storytelling. Based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, I create original acrylic paintings inspired by African people, heritage, nature, and everyday stories. My background in graphic design has also shaped the way I approach art, allowing me to combine strong composition, colour, detail, and contemporary visual expression. What makes my work special is the intention behind each piece. I do not simply paint an image; I aim to capture a feeling, a story, or a part of African identity and translate it onto canvas through my own artistic perspective. Every painting is individually created by hand and is an original work. I pay close attention to character, emotion, colour, and cultural meaning, with the goal of creating artwork that feels personal to the collector while remaining connected to its African roots. Through Feroos Artz, I hope to share the beauty and stories of Tanzania and Africa with collectors both locally and around the world.
